Stay vacation petition

Dear friends,
Namaste.
As our officers are retiring regularly without promotion despite of thousands of promotional posts being in hand, a stay vacation petition regarding DPC for the post of Asstt. Commissioner has been filed in Jabalpur CAT today on 28.01.19. As we all know, there is a stay on the said DPC from Hon'ble CAT of Jabalpur. Let us see the fate and hope for the best.
