“ PADMASHREE” is awarded to Shri Udaya Deshpande, Asstt. Commissioner (Retired ) for his contribution to ‘ Mallakhamb’ discipline of sports. Shri Deshpande retired as Asstt. Commissioner from Vikhroli Division, Mumbai II in 2013.
We all are proud of him.
