 1. The resignation guidelines under Deptt. Of Personnel & Training OM No. 28034/25/87-Ests. (A) dated 11th February,
1988 are attached herewith 
stipulating that resignation should be unconditional, i.e., 
conditional/under protest resignation can't be accepted. Anyhow, the 
guidelines to withdraw the resignation are also attached which are self 
explanatory. The said guidelines are more than sufficient to undo any 
apprehension, if anybody is a bit hesitant to submit the resignation on 
30.04.13. However, it is better to leave such a job which has zero 
career prospects.
 2.
 The copy of the letter faxed today to me by Member (P&V) office on 
our agitational programme is also attached. This letter is the evidence 
of the pressure mounted on Board by our
 agitational
 programme. It is the evidence of our all united approach. We have to 
show the same united strength for forthcoming programmes, if they don't 
take us seriously.
 3. The letters issued by the Board on 07.11.12 & 21.01.13 in r/o employee grievance redressal mechanism are also attached.
