7th Pay Commission for Central Govt employees is going to be set up soon. It is required to submit a memorandum before 7th CPC for awarding appropriate pay and other benefits to the officers/staffs of department of Revenue. Therefore a meeting of COC of all associations of CBEC & CBDT is going to be held n 23.11.13 at New Delhi to discuss about submission of such memorandum.. Further we know it very well that the present CR proposals of CBEC can not solve the stagnation problems of Superintendent and Inspector cadres of CBEC, unless a separate flexible promotional scheme (independent to CR) is being introduced in the cadres of Inspector and Superintendents of CBEC. Therefore now it is essential to (1) activate the JAC of all associations of CBEC and (2) formation of Federation amongst the Inspectors and Superintendents..
