DG/ HRD ISSUED REMINDER AGAIN ON 29.10.13 to carry out a preparatory exercise for meeting immediate requirements of additional office space and directed that the following tasks can be initiated pending final notification on CR.
1. Making an approximate assessment of post CR office space requirements and the deficit considering the existing available office space.
2. Identify possible re-deployment of existing office space to meet the deficit.
3. The additional space requirement may be worked out as per norms.
4. Purchase of additional space to be required from local authorities.
5. Rent negotiation for new buildings to be taken on hiring basis if purchase is not possible.
6. A reasonable and realistic assessment for additional fund to be required.
All our Unit Secretaries are requested to assist our local authorities for finalization of the above issues.
