PREPARATION FOR MEETING THE INFRASTRUCTURAL REQUIREMENTS.
DG/ HRD ISSUED REMINDER AGAIN ON 29.10.13 to all CCs to carry out a preparatory exercise for meeting immediate requirements of additional office space and directed that the following tasks can be initiated pending final notification on CR.
1. Making an approximate assessment of post CR office space requirements and the deficit considering the existing available office space.
2. Identify possible re-deployment of existing office space to meet the deficit.
3. The additional space requirement may be worked out as per norms.
4. Purchase of additional space to be required from local authorities.
5. Rent negotiation for new buildings to be taken on hiring basis if purchase is not possible.
6. A reasonable and realistic assessment for additional fund to be required.
All our Unit Secretaries are requested to assist our local authorities for finalization of the above issues for better infrastructural facilities to be provided to our members on implementation of the ensuing CR .

REMIT DUES. HELP AIACEGEO TO FUNCTION BETTER:
As you are aware for effective functioning of a vibrant organisation like All India Association of Central Excise Gazetted Executive Officers, sound financial position is a must. At present the financial position of AIACEGEO is not at all satisfactory. It is regretted to note that most of our Units, have not remitted their dues despite repeated requests from Secretary General . All Units are therefore requested once again to remit their dues at an early date.
