1. Kindly refer to the forwarded mail of Sh. Venkatesh. We may start the Associate Committee Meeting
at 9 a.m. on 02.02.14 at Hyderabad.

2. The clarification regarding the court judgement in relation of the promotions against the existing vacancies
has been issued by the DOPT. Now, the process of DPC against these vacancies has been restarted and
the CBEC has written to the UPSC today for conducting the DPC at an early date.

3. All of the units & office bearers are once again requested to expedite the sending of requisite information
with the concerned CCA in r/o 277+2118 vacancies of AC as already asked by the committee formed for
the purpose. An amended letter may also be sent to the CCA's by the committee because the names of the
officers for the period of 1993 to 1997 were erroneously not covered in the relevant lists and the ACR's
were also asked erroneously upto the period of 2013-14.

is proposed to be held at a separate venue where about 150 plus are likely to attend..
The Secretary General and the President are requested to address and interact will the
cadre on the ongoing CR, status of MACP Etc. We request yourself to kindly
complete ur meeting before 3 Pm so that start with ur address to the cadre from 3.30 pm.

It is suggested by HYD unit that since the constitution of the 7 pay panel is initiated by the
govt some deliberation on evolving a road map for the submission to made to the panel can
