ADG / SYSTEMS has categorically asked all the Cadres Controlling Authorities to send the ACRs & vigilance clearance certificates etc etc of all officers eligible for promotions as per eligible list within 15.01.2014 for submission of a proposal to UPSC to conduct DPC at an early date to grant promotions to the post of Asst. Commissioner. But surprisingly not a single CCA has submitted its report to ADG till date. Therefore all our Unit Secretaries and All India Office bearers are once again requested to pursue the matters with their respective CCA for early submission of the same. Dear All,
My earlier emails and letter dated 31.12.2013 on the above subject may kindly be referred. It was informed by many Cadre Controlling Authorities that the list enclosed contained names only from 1998. Accordingly the matter had been taken up with ADG HRM. The revised Tentative Consideration Zone is enclosed.
2. It is requested that information called for vide my letter dated 31.12.2013 (copy in trail mail for ready reference) may be sent in respect of officers from your charge as per the revised list provided by DG HRD. Information may kindly be provided latest by 15.01.2014.
