To,
Sh. Narendra Modi,
The Hon,ble Prime Minister of India,
New Delhi.
“THE HEARTIEST CONGRATULATIONS & WELCOME
TO THE SEAT, SIR.
We may now be
able to make a corruption free society and bring much wanted governance. This
all is possible only by making the government employees fully job-satisfied by
granting them the worth career prospects & due pay packages in uniform
manner. In particular, the Central Excise Superintendents require kind care who
are retiring at a PB2 post with single promotion in the career after entry into
job as Inspector whereas their counterparts are getting 5-6 promotions enjoying
PB4 levels. Central Excise Superintendents have also been discriminated by
grant of lower pay packages than their analogous counterparts despite of
earning the major portion of government revenue always well ahead of targets in
the form of Indirect Taxes forgetting all of humiliations & demoralisation.
Hopes & expectations of every forbidden citizen will be fulfilled now.”
Regards,
(RAVI MALIK),
Secretary General.
