As required by 7th CPC , AIACEGEO is to submit a detailed reply to the questionnaire prescribed by them . Apart from reply to such prescribed questionnaire a memorandum is to be submitted before them in time by AIACEGEO. A draft reply to prescribed questionnaire has already been posted in this blog post for information of all with a request to intimate for additions, deletions, amendments etc if required on the same. The memorandum is to be prepared basing on such reply to questionnaire and in view of the above, AIACEEO has to work towards preparation of a comprehensive memorandum to be submitted to 7th CPC in any case before 30th June, 2014.

All our Units are therefore
requested to hold meetings involving experienced and knowledgeable members and retired persons if any and prepare a detailed case with
appropriate suggestions on proposed pay structure, allowances,
incentives etc. It is suggested that category-wise briefs should be prepared and sent to SG. The aberrations, anomalies,
imbalances created by successive Pay Commissions more particularly 5th
& 6ih Central Pay Commissions should be listed in a cogent manner
and sent to SG. Suggestion relating to various
allowances, additional increments etc.and useful information like duty lists,
additional responsibilities due to technological changes, quantum of
work load, and stress and strain on the employees should also be
highlighted in the brief for further action. AIACEGEO urges upon all the Units to give top priority to the above and ensure that the
proposals with detailed background material reaches the SG
latest by 20th May, 2014 to facilitate the AIACEGEO to hold AC meeting if required during the last week of May, 2014 or June,2014 for
finalizing of Memorandum.
