The lists of pendency regarding DPC for the post of AC
(421+2118) are enclosed herewith. All of the units are once again requested to
pursue the same with the respective CCA on immediate basis. In case of any
query, Sh. Ashwani Lau may kindly be contacted directly through e-mail. His
e-mail Id has already been forwarded to all. Proposal for 421 posts is already
with UPSC.

All of the willing officers as well as office bearers are
also requested to come to Delhi for 20.09.14 {gathering before the residence of
JS & Member (P&V)}and 21.09.14 (gathering before the residence of
Chairperson & RS) programmes. Our President is also coming to observe the
programme. All of the units are also requested to ask their officers posted in
Delhi on deputation to participate in the programme. The residences of JS &
Member are situated at B-3, Tower IX, New Moti
Bagh, New Delhi & B-5, Tower V, New Moti
Bagh, New Delhi respectively, whereas the residences of Chairperson & RS
are at CII/105, Satya Marg,
Chankya Puri, New Delhi & 106, New Moti Bagh, New
Delhi respectively.

WE HAVE TO UNDERSTAND THAT THE ONLY KEY TO THE REDRESSAL OF
OUR GRIEVANCES IS OBSERVATION OF UNITED
& EFFECTIVE AGITATIONAL PROGRAMME.
