This is only the beginning. We have to fight until all of our officers are able to get at least 5 functional promotions. It is very well possible by our united efforts. No doubt that this is the biggest promotion order in the history of CBEC but 2063 of our officers should have been promoted yesterday instead of 1863. The matter will be taken up with the administration.
