Dear friends,
Namaste.
1. Thanks to all of the units, members and office bearers for observing the programme of 28th April. Now, we all have to be ready and well prepared for the next programme/s to be communicated soon. I responded a bit late on the issue because of bitiya (daughter) being admitted in ICU due to liver injury in an accident hit by a car. However, things are under control now.
2. The issue of conducting the DPC for the post of AC against the existing vacancies and updating of DPC upto 2015-16 is being pursued very hectically. Orders against the names of already promoted or deceased or retired officers in the promotion order of October may be issued soon. All the units are requested to be well prepared to send the ACR dossiers, vigilance clearance etc. as and when asked by the CBEC for more officers in the seniority list. We all also have to remember that our aim is not merely to get the grade of AC and retire but it is to get parity with the interdepartmental, intradepartmental as well as intraorganisational counterparts by attaining PB4 levels and get 5/6 promotions.
3. All of the concerned units are once again requested to clear the outstanding dues and also donate the maximum funds to the Association particularly to fight the legal cases. We should not be defeated in legal matters at least for the want of funds.
