CAT CASE ON GR-A RRS.
MA has been filed in CAT Mumbai Bench by the CBEC seeking a lifting of the Stay Order on the publication of the Notification of the Gr-A Recruitment Rules. The CBEC is pressing for a hearing on 23-Dec-2015.
