1. Funds:
As all know that there are already many cases on final hearing in CATs
regarding parity with intra-organisational counterparts, MACP, time scale in
PB3, initial pay scale equivalent to GP of 5400/- in PB3 with arrears with
retrospective effect, arrears with retrospective effect in Inspectors (as all
of then Inspectors have already become Superintendent) case etc. Many more cases
may be required to be filed including becoming party in Jabalpur High Court in
arrears case, time scale after Ist ACP pending as SLP etc. No need to say that
Association needs hefty funds to fight these cases particularly keeping in view
the hefty fees of senior advocates per hearing. Recently, S/Sh. J. P. Sharma
and Shashank Shekhar (both promotee ACs posted in Mumbai Service Tax) have helped
the Association with Rs. 10000/- each. Sh. J. P. Sharma helped the Association
earlier also as already communicated. Two officers (both Superintendents) from
Jaipur also helped by Rs. 5000/- each, one of them is named Sh. Sudhir Sharma.
Another officer out of these two also helped the Association earlier. Thanks to
all of them and hope that we all shall be motivated by their contribution. We
all should help the Association in the same manner. All units and members are
again requested to come forward and contribute to help ourselves as it is our
own cause and only we have to fight for it. Nobody else will fight for us.
2. Pending dues: All of the concerned units are once again requested
to clear the pending dues. It is really unfortunate that the units are not
clearing even a tiny amount of Rs. 5/- per month per member despite of repeated
requests.
3. DDO certificates: DDO certificates are also very badly awaited
from all units. All units are requested to deposit the same immediately for the
financial year 2015-16.
4. AEC-cum-AC meeting: Hopefully all of the units including all
India office bearers should have booked the journey for Kolkata for this
meeting to be held there on 06.03.16. The expenses of all India office bearers except
SG, President, OS & Treasurer are to be borne by the concerned units. Accordingly,
all concerned units are requested to bring the respective all India office
bearers with them. S/Sh. A. K. Gain, K. Roy and S. Bhattachariya may kindly be
contacted for the details of stay etc. and other arrangement. The issues like recognition
to new units like Nellore, confirmation/ratification of the minutes of AC
meeting etc. may be included in other points. No need to say that we have to be ‘to the point’ maintaining the
healthy atmosphere to utilize the maximum time in the interest of the cadre in
the meeting.
