I am getting regular queries about the Subramanium case asking what to do further. Friends, an OA No. 1944/2016 was filed in Delhi CAT for its implementation "in rem" sensing in advance that administration is habitual of implementing the court verdicts only "in person". This case is now posted for 09.01.18. Unfortunately, a few of negative thinking persons from us objected the filing of this case at that time due to the reasons known to them only. Now, it is proved that it was a prudent decision to file this case. Unfortunately, administration is implementing this case only "in person" and that's too based on contempt. They want to force all of us to go to the legal court to waste the time of courts, of Govt. and of ours. By this, not only the energy and money of ours but also of the Govt. will be wasted in futile exercise instead of fertile works. They are giving the benefit to the individual petitioners who are going to contempt after winning the case. By our case, we all will be able to get the benefit without going to the court on individual basis.
