The case for in rem implementation of Subramanium verdict has been adjourned to 08/05/19. Early hearing application has been filed. If not agreed, we shall file transfer application for any CAT where rush of petitions is less or we shall file fresh OA in a CAT like Allahabad where verdict is expected on admission stage itself. Really unfortunate as Delhi CAT is overburdened of cases.
All units are requested to assess the speed of cases in respective CAT, so that other cases may be filed there. Allahabad and Chandigarh CATs seem better options.
Also went to Board to pursue the DPC for the post of Asstt. Commissioner. We may expect it soon.
