Suggestions regarding grounds to be taken to file legal cases on the following issues are solicited at the earliest please-
(1) Implementation of in situ promotion scheme from date of its approval, I.e., 18.02.11 promoting Inspr of 10 years to Supdt, 20 years to AC and 25 years to DC.
(2) Implementation of para 7.15.24 of VIth CPC as also approved by Expenditure to maintain parity in pay scale of our Supdt & Chief Enforcement Officer (redesignated as Asstt. Director).
(3) Implementation of Jabalpur CAT order dt. 24.2.95 regarding arrears of pay which was neither implemented nor challenged and now being said that file is misplaced.
(4) Uniform pay formula for all cadres without any discrimination.
(5) Promotion of ad hoc/temporary ACs to DC on completion of 4 years service and counting of service rendered as temporary AC for further promotions.
