Stepping up of pay

Dear Frnds,
Namaste.
I got some calls that juniors r getting more salary than seniors in some cases. So, it is reqstd to pl provide following information-
1. Highest salary of oficer appointed (DR or by promotion) as Inspr in 1982 in CBIC working at any post (Supdt or AC) as on date in evry zone.
2. Such information is also required for yrs 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1989 & 1990.
Abov information is being sought to get the disparity in pay removed.
