As now known to everybody that Sh. Manimohan & associates are noway interested in the unity, so we are forced to declare the dates and venue of the 13th General Body Meeting and Convention of the Association.
It was crystal clear after the meeting of 12th July with the Member (Admn) itself that they are not et al interested in the unity because they didn't agree for the common Convention despite of our repeated offers for the same even during the meeting also. They also didn't offer us to join their Convention during this meeting.
It is really unfortunate that they have spread the infection that the Promotee Group A officer or Asstt. Commissioner should not be our Secretary General or even not the member of the Association. However, it's also a question of thousand Rupees whether they will like to merge with us if our Secretary General and President will only be the Superintendents.
One more effort was made to be sit with them for the sake of unity on 27.07.19 at Hyderabad but they avoided it saying that they are not free on this date because of having some other meeting. Finally, we got last response from Sh. Manimohan saying, "I have sufficient support. Why should I sit with them?" So, chapter of unity being closed from his side, we are forced to declare the dates and venue for the Convention.
Accordingly, as per the availability of space/rooms and other arrangements/factors, the date and venue of the 13th General Body Meeting and Convention of the Association will be as below-

Further details regarding arrangement and agenda will be communicated soon.
However, all of Sh. Manimohan & associates as well as all of the units being said to be with them are once more very cordially invited to join the Convention to be held at Jodhpur on 14.09.19 and 15.09.19 to make it an all-united common Convention in the interest of the unity and common cause.
