Following two cases have also been filed in Allahabad CAT today on 02.09.19-
1. To bring a scheme to remove the stagnation of our officers independent of cadre restructuring as was approved by the Cabinet in 2013 at the time of the approval of the last cadre restructuring.
2. A case has also been filed there for the grant of Non Functional Financial Upgradation (NFU) seeking financial parity with the counterparts of CSS who are recruited with us under the same process. They get promotion upto the level of Joint Secretary (Level-14) whereas we are facing difficulty even to get promoted to the post of Asstt. Commissioner (Level-10). By this case, we will at least retire in the scale of Addl. Commissioner, even if don't get promotion to this post.
