It's time to take chance for DPC in any of HC quoting 88 OM as wel as 3 cases I.e. chenai, jabalpur & ahmedabad. Chenai case has been referred to DOPT. V dont know how much time DOPT wil take. V dont also know how much time jabalpur & ahmedabad wil actualy take. V also dont know if these cases will also b refred to DOPT after finalization at CAT and again how much time will b taken in taking final administrative decision. And ad hoc promotions r also to b reviewed at time of regularisation. Whtvr final court verdict or administrative decision will b, promotion may b subject to final verdict or administrative decision. So think on these lines. Prhps v sud go ahead acordingly.
As far as AGT of AC/DC is concerned, it's under hectic consideration & meeting of placement committee may hpn anytime. Thrust of our Member Admn is on following policy in real terms to give benefit to all oficers retiring within 3 yrs.
