Kolkata & Lucknow records will also reach HRD expectedly within this week. Now all Association units & all concerned are requested to ascertain that no CCA remains from which records are yet to be sent to HRD. Evry effort is being made to get DPC done at the earliest possible by all concerned. Matter of happiness is that our Chairman is very serious for it. We have to remember that equal number of Inspectors would also be promoted to post of Superintendent, if thousands of our Superintendents are promoted to post of Asstt. Commissioner and equal number of ministerial officers will also be promoted to post of Inspector as a result. It is also true that everybody has right to fight one's legal cause but it is requested not to kindly take any stay on DPC. Regards
