As is known due to lockdown many new initiatives taken-up by the HRM wing of DGHRD has been held-up.
One of it being publishing of Supplementary CIVIL List as on 01/04/2020.
Taking a deviation from usual practice of publishing the Civil List every year...an improvisation has been thought of by DGHRM-II. A decision has been taken to incorporate photograph of each officer in the Supplementary Civil List to be published.
For this purpose the following is desired:
1. Stamp size photograph
2. Name of the officer and employee code
please provide Stamp size photo alongwith the details mentioned above and mail it to:
