It seems by MHA guidelines as per para 3 that our office may be opened w.e.f. 20.4.20. Para 3(ii) says about selected permitted activities to be enumerated in para 5-20.
Para 18(ii) says office to be opened with DS (JC in our case) & above officers 100% and remaining upto 33% as per requirement. Para 18 is to be implemented in accordance of para 3(ii).
Para 21(v) reiterates that additional activities will be permitted w.e.f. 20.4.20.
Language of para 2 (hotspots & containment zones) seems to differentiate between hotspots & containment zone. Hotspots & containment zones are to be demarcated by states/district administration. No activity will be allowed in these areas till 3.5.20.
Relaxation whatever is it, seems to be given w.e.f. 20.4.20 after reviewing the situation.
Work from home will continue as it is
