"Though a bit late for obvious reason, friends, we find it our duty to inform you that after the *JCM held on 20.01.2020* the merger of two Association in Kolkata has turned into a distant dream. In the said meeting, Sh Kousik Roy aided by Sh Pyne took the initiative to highlight the division in front of the chairman of the meeting the Pr. Chief Commissioner, no less than 6 Commissioners, a good numbers of ADCs/JCs/DCs/ACs/CAOs/AOs and other sister organizations and not only that they have gone to the extent of uttering that they are going to take legal action against the non-members who are attending the JCM. The authority, promptly reminded that this JCM is in no way related to the matter and they should refrain from making any such reference here. We also expressed our strong resentment on the issue and sought their apology. The administration intervened in to the matter and asked not to pursue the issue. As we were saying that these set of people are hell bent to divide the cadre not only in Bengal but in the all India level as well is once again proved to be true. They are solely responsible for such disruptive activities and back stabbing the cadre historically. Not only they have divided the platform but also assisted the administration to take advantage of the situation. We would like to reiterate that it is they who resigned from the committee, sabotaged the unity and divided the AIB, not we. So, now onward we have no responsibility to take part in any reconciliation process and forgive their such act of subversive activities."
