Dear friends, no doubt that our Board lacks will power & honesty to do anything for us. But procedure is that issues or court verdicts are forwarded to nodal departments like DOPT & Expenditure but they don't agree because sytem is like it that no authority wants to give benefit to employees. Perhaps they have such directions from higher ups which they admitted during the course of discussions with Association & said only way is to go to legal courts. So we have alredy filed legal cases in the courts on various issues which were placed on the blogspot time to time. Issue is that we should not be defeated in courts for want of funds. Hiring of good, better or best advocates will depend on funds available with us. No need also to say that we require senior advocates even in CAT due to their face value and they demand hefty fees per hearing whether actual hearing happens or not. Yes, it's TRUE that their face value is very important & necessary to win any case. So, all are appealed to contribute maximum posible funds for common cause of we all.
