Sub----Meet with DOPT Sec, AEC agenda etc.

Dear friends,
Good afternoon.
1. A meeting was also held with the DOPT Secretary yesterday on 25.04.13. Positive discussions were held during the meeting and he was very positive. He assured us to do the needful regarding cadre restructuring as well as our cadre.
2. The agenda for the forthcoming AEC meeting is enclosed herewith.
3. All the units are requested to clear their dues in r/o subscription at an early date and also make maximum possible donations to the All India Body to meet out the expenses for various purposes for smooth functioning of the organization.
4. Came to know about some meetings held at Bangalore and Pune being attended by some of our units/office bearers. All of participants are requested to kindly forward the transpirations held in these meetings to the All India Body enabling it to use the same in the interest of the cadre.
5. All of the Zonal office bearers are also requested to hold the regional committee meetings at an early date. Bangalore and Pune meetings could also have been utilized as the platform for holding the regional committee meetings of concerned zones as a better option.
