Two petitions have been filed one by Cus(P) Association and another by promotees AC before SC for regularisation of adhoc promotions of AC posts pending since 1997 on the basis of revised ratio in accordance with the decision of ApexCourt on 03.08.2011 ,both the cases have been admitted on 04.07.13 and next date of hearing is fixed to 11.07.13 for hearing of both the cases jointly.Both the petioners have recently requested us for not to file any intervenor petition as there is every possiblity that the intervenor petition may dilute the positions taken by them in Apex Court .
