All communication with the CBEC or Ministry by Staff Associations have to be necessarily done only by their All India Bodies .

It is seen that very often the delegations of different  Units of our  Association are coming and meeting  Board officials and submitting different representations to them  having all India ramifications/ implications  and total  conflicting  the genuine interest so as to say against the interest of rest other Units  and also without knowing the fact of the issue raising by them. It has become very difficult  on the part of Board officials  to differentiate between different delegations, and all issues are getting mixed up. The issues which  are required to be solved at local level such as fixation of seniority , granting  of notional promotions and notional seniority, framing of transfer policy , conducting of grievance meeting etc.  are being dragged by them to Board  un necessarily.  Some Units are also approaching different Courts without taking approval from AC/AEC. It is  needless to say that   the tremendous amount of damage such activities by some of our own units are doing to our common cause. It is a general practice that if the local authorities are not solving the local genuine  problems as per the requests of our Units  , then it is the duty of concerned General Secretary of the Unit to bring the matters to the  notice of Secretary General , who in turn tries to solve  the genuine problems either through  local authority or through Board. . No Unit is being authorised to raise any issue  having all India implications directly before Board or Court of Laws  without taking approval from AC/AEC. Attention of all concerned  is also invited to Board's Instructions( ALREADY POSTED IN THIS BLOG POST) stating that all communication with the CBEC or Ministry by Staff Associations have to be necessarily done only by Hdqrs of All India Association and that it is mandatory that any correspondence from their units have to be routed through the AIB Hqrs. of the concerned Association.  Violation of this will invite disciplinary action against the offending individuals/units and AIB may withdraw affiliation from such  violating Unit.   Board has already  been  requested  for not to entertain such representations which have been submitted directly.   Simple endorsing a copy to SG does not mean that it has been routed through the Hdqrs. office of AIB.
