By
now, you all should have been aware of the current position of cadre
restructuring through the information sent on phone by sms or placed on the
blogspot of our Association. Finally, the reorganisation has been approved by
the FM despite of every hindrance, bureaucratic or otherwise. The matter was repeatedly
pursued with the FM, Cabinet Secretary, Revenue Secretary & CBEC
authorities during last two weeks for the immediate approval of reorganisation
and also the immediate implementation of the cadre restructuring keeping in
view the large scale regular retirements of our officers without the rarest
IInd promotion in the career of 35-40 years. The information regarding the
approval of reorganisation etc. by the FM is being mailed a bit late because of
myself not being in touch of internet for last a few days due to my unavoidable
circumstances.
All
the units are once again requested to check the individual position in r/o
their Commissionerates/Zones and expedite the rectification of deficiency (if
any) regarding the ACR’s etc. required for sending the proposal to UPSC
immediately for promotion to the post of Asstt. Commissioner.

we have to always remember that our final aim is to get each of our officers entered
into PB4, functionally or non-functionally, by all united efforts of we all.
Nothing is easy for us; we have to toil hard for everything. The present cadre restructuring
was initiated sometimes in 2006 while at least IIIrd one should have been
started till now after 2002. So, be all united by TAN (physically), MAN
(dedication, determination & commitment) and DHAN (finance).
