CONTRADICTORY POSTING MADE IN AICEIA's BLOG POST

Dear friends,
Namaste.
1. The blog posted by Inspectors Association is talking of formation of Regional Forum in the presence of our Association on all India issue of RRs. No need to say that one or two of our units may also be part to it. But as far as our All India Body is concerned, it is totally against of formation of any regional forum on any all India issue. It has not correctly been impressed in the said blog that AIACEGEO was party to this forum. Actually, our President Sh. Chandramouli went to Bombay on a personal visit and was only informally present in the said informal meeting. He has already countered the claim of Inspectors Association.

"Later on the same day, a meeting with the office bearers AIACEGEO & IRS Pr. Association was held at NACEN, Bhandup with the of the agenda to form a regional forum to take up the matter of Recruitment Rules of IRS and get it prepared in the interest of Inspector and Superintendent of Central Excise.  Since, the national leaderships of AIACEGEO & IRS Pr. Association did not come together to form a national forum to oppose fault Gr. A RR, it was necessary to make at least joint regional forum to oppose it vigorously"

Saw your post in AICEIA blog. The blog suggests that the National Leadership of AIACEGEO had participated in the meet in NACEN, Bhandup West, which is not correct. As Patil said that it was an informal meet in pursuance of the Chennai Meet on 31st Jan held between the three Associations on the sensitive  issue of RR and as I incidentally happened to be in Mumbai the same took place. Request you to make the appropriate corrections.

            In view of the above, all of the units and office bearers are requested not to be party to any all India issue (which is not in consonance of all India lines) at any regional or such type of forum. Such activity/forum seems only to be run parallel to the AIB.
2. The papers by administration asking for comments on GST are attached herewith. All are requested to give required comments immediately. A draft on the comments is also attached herewith.
3. All are also requested to concentrate on 24th May programme. The Memorandum will be submitted by All India Body on Central level.
