Sir,
            As your good self knows, it is submitted with due regards that a meeting was held under your good Chair on 23.07.15 with the staff associations under the forum of Joint Action Committee.
            2. Your good self was pleased to assure the staff associations to look into the issues submitted by the staff side in the meeting and take action accordingly. The Member (P&V) was also pleased to give the same assurance.
            3. Your good self was also pleased to assure the staff side that the periodic meetings under employee grievance rdressal mechanism (prescribed once in every two months extendable by one month) would be held with the staff associations. The Member (P&V) was also pleased to advise the staff associations to prioritise the demands to resolve the problems in time bound manner.
            4. It is further submitted that no action has been taken on any of the issues till date despite of expiry of one month (half of prescribed time for next meeting) after the meeting. As per the advice of the Member (P&V), this Association had already submitted its points vide its Ref. No. 89/G/15 Dt. 13.07.15.
            5. In view of the above, it is requested-
i) To take early steps to resolve the issues submitted in the meeting of 23.07.15 and
ii) Have independent meetings with the individual staff associations to redress the cadre specific problems.
