Dear friends,
Namaste.
                 1. As already requested, all are again requested to kindly send the material/comments in support of our parity with Senior Audit/Accounts Officers in the grade pay of Rs. 5400/- in PB3. The matter may kindly be treated as IMMEDIATE.
                 2. The DPC for around 1000 posts (Central Excise share) of AC for the years 2014-15 and 2015-16 is overdue. List for the same has already been circulated but the asked information is still awaited. All are requested to expedite the asked information by pursuing with the respective local administration. No need to mention that DPC would be pending till the required information is not sent by the CCAs. The date for the DPC can only be fixed only after the receipt of the information by the HRD. The position of the reservation will be as intimated already.
                 3. Friends as you know, at least 6 legal cases are pending in various courts as follows-
i) MACP case in Principal Bench of CAT (filed by All India Body).
ii) RRs and parity with counterparts case in Principal Bench of CAT (filed by All India Body).
iii) Time scale in PB3 case in Principal Bench of CAT (filed by Delhi Unit).
iv) Arrears of pay in r/o Inspectors of CBI w.e.f. 1986 case in Cuttack Bench of CAT (filed by Bhubaneswar Unit).
v) Pay scale and arrears of pay in r/o DSP of CBI w.e.f. 1986 case in Cuttack Bench of CAT (filed by Bhubaneswar Unit).
vi) Arrears of pay in r/o Inspectors of CBI w.e.f. 1986 case in Jabalpur High Court (filed by the then All India Inspectors Association and also being pursued by us with the help of individual applicant Sh. K. P. Rai).
Govt. reply and our rejoinder have already been filed in first five cases and final hearing is awaited. Rejoinder is yet to be filed in sixth case. As you know, we have to pay hefty fees of the senior advocates for all of legal cases. No need to mention that senior advocates are required even in CATs in the time of today. So, all are requested to donate maximum funds to the Association. It should be at least Rs. 5000/- per officer and at least Rs. 10000/- per promotee AC as first installment. We should not be defeated in the legal cases at least for the want of funds.
            Love.
RAVI MALIK
