Dear friends,
namaste.
As intimated earlier, the stay order in Allahabad CAT case is attached herewith. No need to mention that the legal cases are on regular increase. We are already in the legal courts for pay matters, MACP, time scale, parity with intra-organisational counterparts etc. We may have to file many other cases in the interest of the cadre. We require hefty funds for our legal fight. All are once again requested to donate maximum funds for legal fight particularly keeping in view the hefty fees of senior advocates per hearing. We were also asked to pay Rs. 6 lac as initial fee in this case by one of the senior advocates covering only Ist hearing. This example has been quoted only to reflect the level of the requirement of funds. The efforts of our young Superintendent namely Sh. SANYOG AHLAWAT from Delhi are very much appreciated & saluted in this regard who individually contributed Rs. 60,000/- for our legal fight for various cases. For this particular case of Allahabad, the efforts of our North Zone Joint Secretary Sh. ASHISH VAJPEYI are very much appreciated & saluted who was instrumental in filing the writ and get the legal stay in the interest of the cadre.
Love,
RAVI MALIK.

List on 11th May, 2016 for admission and for

It is made clear that the matter would be decided

We find that the seniority list dated 22nd
February, 2013 has been set aside by the
Tribunal. We also find that the Tribunal has made
certain observations in paragraphs 22, 24 and 29
on the basis of which the Tribunal in paragraph
33 and 34 has issued directions to the respondents
to revise the select list. The Tribunal has also
directed that on account of administrative
exigency the Union of India may effect adhoc
promotions while re-drawing the revised select
list.
Considering the aforesaid directions, we are of
2.
the opinion that the Union of India will re-draw
the revised list as per the directions of the
Tribunal during pendency of the writ petition but
will not implement the same till further orders of
the Court. We also direct the Union of India not
to make any adhoc promotion on the basis of the
