Now,
the time has come that we have to act in all-united manner making our best (by
every individual officer) efforts to achieve our goals in the interest of the
cadre. We have to get the things reached to finality by our efforts as our CBEC
has recommended many positive things to the Revenue Hqrs first time in the
history as a result of all of our all-united efforts including every individual
officer like Pay scale of 5400/- in PB3, promotion to STS, uniform promotional
hierarchy, NFU etc. Every officer is, therefore, requested to use his/her bureaucratic, political and VIP
relations including Ministers, Secretaries, Cabinet Secretary etc.
(whoever having whatever relation/option) to get the goals finalized without
any complacence. The nodal departments for us are Revenue, DOPT and
Expenditure. So all of three Secretaries as well as Cabinet Secretary are most
important for us. All Cabinet Ministers and MOSs including FM, MOS Finance and
PM as well as PMO may also help us, if take actual interest in our issues. No need
to say that FM and our MOS are also the in-charge of Expenditure and PMO
Minister (Sh. Jitendra Singh) is in-charge of DOPT. We have to understand that
things are not so easy for us and we have to toil hard for success
concentrating all of our energies. We’ll never get such opportunity in future. We
all have also to be well prepared for any Satyagraha programme in all-united
manner. The recommendations of CBEC have already been mailed to every unit and office bearer. Approval of a pay
scale of 5400/- in PB2 by competent authority of Expenditure for us (has also been mailed to every unit and office bearer) which was
objected by a lower rung officer in Expenditure by saying that it should be sent
to pay commission despite of being already recommended by VI CPC. Both (recommendations of CBEC and approval by Expenditure) may also be used by us in the legal courts. So, friends, be active immediately without
loss of even single second.
