Order of Delhi CAT case on reservation
Delhi CAT today on 03.06.16 said to follow Nagraj case for promotion to the post of Asstt. Comr of Central Excise & Customs. Now, we may hope for promotions if no appeal is made to High Court & matter is not stayed further.
