Our case filed Mr.bakthavatsalam and Mr.kalugachalamurthy came up for hearing today morning, Department souht 4 weeks time to file reply, The judge got angry, and and ordered for pass over, expected the case will be recalled before 3p.m.
I am keep in touch with ,our Advocate., Don't believe any rumours, we are strongly objecting against the argument for vocation of stay by ASG, still implementation of reservation policy ,

I AM UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND WHY ABOVE MESSAGE HAS BEEN SENT TO ME BY SH. JAGANNATHAN. HE SHOULD UNDERSTAND THAT OFFICERS OF BOTH CATEGORIES ARE RETIRING WITHOUT PROMOTION EVERY MONTH ON AN AVERAGE OF 40. AROUND 900 OFFICERS OF BOTH CATEGORIES HAVE RETIRED WITHOUT PROMOTION AFTER OCTOBER, 14. PERHAPS SH. JAGANNATHAN IS WELL DETERMINED NOT TO GET THE SENIOR OFFICERS OF BOTH CATEGORIES PROMOTED. I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED BY SUCH PSYCHOLOGY.
