A file of arrears at par with Superintendent of NCB is under process in IFU on persuasion of Association for which duties & responsibilities of our Superintendent and NCB Superintendent are required. Their pay scale was enhanced based on us being analogous counterparts. But we were granted enhanced pay scale 21.04.2004 with prospective effect, whereas they were granted enhanced pay scale on 20.04.05 based on our precedent with retrospective effect from 01.01.96. So, please send immediately whatever material you have to prove parity between both categories and also linkage between duties & responsibilities of both. No need to say that this issue will enable us to have arrears of pay in r/o enhanced scale w.e.f. 1.1.96.
