A meet was held today on 3.5.17 with ADG, HRM. Matters relating to DPC & stagnation were discusd. DPC proces hs alredy bn started & number of vacancies r bing ascertained. Proces to open sealed envelopes hs also bn started. Hwvr it is apprehended dat DPC may b delayed due to Madras High Cort judgment in Bhartan case relating to implementation of parmar case which was brought to d knowledge of ADG by one of authorities during d course of discussions itself. Issues like continuance of temp posts of AC, earmarking of share of promotee oficers upto level of Comr, no direct recruitment for a certain period in IRS & minimum direct recruitment of IRS evry yr by filling up remaining vacancies by promotion, merger of three executive streams at gp B non gaztd as well as gaztd level and formulation of al India seniority list acordingly at Inspr level. Benefit of past service at time of entry into gp A, scheme like NFU to benefit past as wel as new generation etc. were discusd. Principally he was agreed to d points. Let's c wht hpns.
