A meeting was also held with JS, Admn on 5.6.17 itself. Issues like DPC, transfer/posting of promotee ACs, promotions of officers (who were left) to post of AC, benchmark for MACP upgradation etc. were discussed. DPC matter is being expedited which is at halt due to Bhartan case of Madras High Court on Parmar issue. The cases of officers, who were left despite of being due, for promotion to the post of AC are under process. Genuine representations of promotee officers will be considered regarding transfer & posting. Issue of implementation of 'very good' benchmark for MACP upgradation with prospective effect instead of retrospective is under process.
