Appeal for funds for DPC and legal cases

Dear friends,
namaste.
I am getting regular queries about the status of DPC for the post of AC from every corner of the country. It is to mention that it is held up due to the Madras High Court verdict in Bharatan case on Parmar issue. The CBEC went to review in the Madras High Court but their review has been dismissed as already  intimated. Now, CBEC is planning to go to the Supreme Court. Keeping in view the mass retirements of our officers regularly without promotion, the Association has also decided to go to the Supreme Court on the issue of DPC without challenging the merits of the case of the petitioners as was done for earlier DPC to get the stay on it vacated in Madras. No need to say that we would require hefty funds for the case keeping in view the legal fee for at least a good (if not the best) senior advocate. So, it is requested to provide the funds to the Association for this common cause as we are already short of funds for the want of clearance of pending dues by the associated units. Not only for this cause, we need hefty legal funds for many other legal cases already under process including- 
i) Pay scale and arrears case at Cuttack CAT for Superintendents on parity with CBI, 
ii) Arrears case at Cuttack CAT for Inspectors (all have become now Superintendent or AC) on parity with CBI,  
iii) Arrears case at Jabalpur High Court for Inspectors (all have become now Superintendent or AC) on parity with CBI,
iv) MACP case for GP of Rs. 7600/- after 30 years of service,
v) General implementation of Chandrasekaran MACP case,
vi) General implementation of Subramanium case,
vii) Arrears case at par with Superintendents of NCB,
viii) Time scale in PB3 etc.
We may also require to file some other legal cases like promotion to STS, counting of length of service rendered against temporary post of Asstt. Commissioner etc.
