Went to Board office and met with concerned authorities/sections including Membr (Admn) to pursue holding of DPC for the post of AC, general implementation of Subramanium case, transfer orders of promotee ACs considering more representations, opening of sealed covers etc. DPC matter is bing tried to be resolved administratively as legal court will take time. Matter has alredy been sent to DOPT for permission and amicable solution of Bharatan case. Board is trying to convene DPC within this year in the month of November or December, if matter is resolved. Contempt by Sh. Bharatan is also being tried to be resolved administratively. Expenditure is being consulted for general implementation of the Subramanium case. One more transfer order of ACs will come in near future considering genuine grounds. One promotion order to the post of AC in r/o sealed cover was issued today itself for Ms Namita Chaudhary.
