An IA is being filed by Asn in SC for permission of DPC for post of AC in CBEC subject to final verdict of SLP without challenging cause of any litigating officer. No need to say that equal number of Insprs will also b promotd, if Supdts r promoted as AC. Lower cadres will also get cascading benefit of these promotions.
