Today the SLP 4870-71/2018 was listed in court no 8, item no 14 in Supreme Court. Petitioner UoI tendered arguments on the point of DPC thro ASG. ASG submitted that afidavit filed by themb(sh. Manimohan & asociates) thro sh. Rajgopal is incorect. The opposite party ie Mr P Bharathan, Mr Rajgopal and Mr Mani Mohan were represented through Mr R Venkataramni, Sr Advocate, who made feeble arguments to hear and dispose the SLP finally but was not acceded to. After going through the additional affidavit and rejoinder, the Bench allowed the interim application and directed that the DPC may b held subject to outcome of SLP.
SLP will be listed in the causelist of August, 2018.
Imediate efforts r alredy being made for imediate DPC keeping in view of regular retirmnts of our officers without promotion. Alredy in touch of ALL authorities from bottom to top on the issue. All units r reqstd to provide imediate information as asked by HRD relating to DPC.
