Keeping in view the meeting held in the Chairman office on 29.06.18 and disclosure made by the Chairman that suggestions would be invited soon for the forthcoming cadre restructuring, it is again requested that all concerned including office bearers as well as members may kindly send suggestions regarding cadre restructuring on my mail Id ravimalik_sweet@yahoo.com at the earliest as the suggestions on the same may be invited by the Board any time. No need to say that the suggestions should be based on the motive of "the promotions (functional or non-functional) to the maximum number of our officers upto the highest level after joining as Inspector, whether direct or promotee". Our suggestions should also be based seeking benefits in equal fashion for old as well as young generations.
