CBIC Confederation was formed to fight the issues of common interest by the Associations under CBIC. As common agenda, following points were started to be taken up-
1. Parity with counterparts ensuring at least 5 functional promotions and immediate DPC for all vacant posts in all cadres.
2. Parity in pay matters with counterparts.
3. NFU at par with counterparts.
4. Parity of officers selected through SSC with the officers selected through state PCS, i.e., parity between central officers and state officers under GST.
5. Finalisation of seniority lists and RRs under consultation with concerned association/s.
As al also sud b knowing, state govts undr GST hv upgraded the posts by one rank higher upto ADC level. In addition to it, supdt level post hs bn placed undr a scale of 5400 in pb3. AIACEGEO hs bn raising isu of upgrdatn since vry begining. So, v hv to pl b al-serious & united to get our goals achieved. Al of our goals r to b achieved in r/o al cadres/constituents. Prhps this is best time for United fight at least on the issues of common interests and also to pursue the pre-decided agenda of the forum particularly keeping in view the ensuing cadre restructuring.
Accordingly, v may hv a meeting of all constituents in Delhi on 18.11.18 with an open invitation to the non-constituents too. All willing organisations r reqstd to kindly send consent.
Meeting wil pl b held on 18.11.18 (Sunday) at Delhi at 11 a.m. with arangemnt of lunch & tea. Al concerned r reqstd to book jurny acordingly. Al constituents r reqstd to giv open invitation to non-constituents too. It's also reqstd to confirm number of delegates for proper arangemnt of lunch, tea & sitting space.
It's open invitation to all constituents & non-constituents. Pl dont forget to intimate number of delegates.
