As per the information, the Hon'ble High Court of Jabalpur opined that some relevant observations were to be made by the Central Administrative Tribunal only, for which the govt. has to approach the Tribunal instead of High Court. The contempt was, however, stayed (as per information). Now, the CBIC has to go to the Hon'ble Central Administrative Tribunal, Jabalpur. Hopefully, the matter will be resolved soon. However, let's wait for the written order of the Hon'ble Court. If required, the AIACEGEO will also file the stay (on DPC) vacation petition in the Jabalpur CAT.
