It is our own meeting and all the units are our own. There is no check/prohibition/prevention on any of the units to attend our own meeting. After January, 10; whichever unit came to attend the AC meeting, that was never prohibited/prevented to attend the meeting and was always welcomed. Even the units were invited to attend the said meeting to make it more interactive and the units coming to attend the meeting were/are always welcomed. However, it is different issue that some of our own unit sometime says that the units should not be invited to attend the AC meet and, on other time, says that the units should be invited to attend the meet. Sometime reservation is on agenda, sometime on programme, sometime on invitation and sometime on everything in a parallel manner. Instead of following the already declared programme in all united manner, individual (unit or person) ideology is reflected and circulated to all. To suggest something to AIB is always understandable but to circulate something else (not in consonance of already declared line) or to counter/dilute any step of AIB is not understandable.
Forgetting everything, we have to go ahead with the only commitment to make the programme of 30.04.13 all successful in all united manner to give the most wanted message to the concerned authorities.
Meeting has been called with the only intention to intensify the programme taking some step/s prior to 30.04.13 instead of diluting the already declared programme. We have to understand that the initiative taken by the government is only due to the step of 'mass resignation' to be taken by us. If it is diluted, our cause will also be diluted. We have never to give them the opportunity to dilute our cause. We have to give them rather a stronger & united message. Any week message/step from our side will only weaken our issue and they will not be serious for us. They know and we also should also know that they can't afford without us and our resignations would never be accepted. But if we defer or withdraw this step without any positive & concrete development, the pressure already mounted on them will be loosened and it will also give a negative message regarding us.
Whoever (zonal AIB office bearers or unit office bearers) is/are coming to attend the meeting, kindly don't forget to intimate the Office Secretary on 09313885411. ALL THE UNITS ARE AGAIN REQUESTED TO CLEAR THE OUTSTANDING AS WELL AS CURRENT DUES to make the organisation stronger.
