Dear friends,
good evening.
1. All were requested to send comments on the reply of the government in r/o CAT parity case but nobody liked to respond. Material was also asked for time scale in PB3 and offset of MACP upgradation with time scale but with same response. The comments in raw form in r/o reply of the govt to CAT case are attached herewith. All are requested to supplement the same IMMEDIATELY without further delay. The supplementation may kindly be done with BOLD LETTERS.
2. The FM had a meeting with the Board on 13.03.13 on cadre restructuring. It is being listened that he has asked for the minutes of the meeting held between the then FM and MOS of DOPT reducing the strength of 4896 (AC+DC) to 3600. He has also asked for justification to increase this number for the post-meeting period till date. It is expected that reply may be sent to him very soon and the cadre restructuring may also finalised very soon accordingly at least with the figure of 3600 expectedly enabling around 2000 of our officers to enter group 'A'.
